Salami Shack reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity on the website may result in civil or criminal prosecution.

We do our best to monitor improper use of the site but cannot guarantee prevention or notification in every instance.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in AUD and include 10% GST for Australian orders.

  • International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or charges.

Orders & Cancellations

Salami Shack reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Pricing errors displayed on the website

  • Stock availability issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Gift Cards & Coupons

  • Gift Cards/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Discount codes are subject to their individual terms, as outlined in the original offer.

  • Discount codes do not apply to international orders, including New Zealand.

Competitions & Prizes

  • Prizes must be claimed in writing within 5 business days of notification.

  • Prizes are considered gifts and do not include manufacturer warranties.

Fraud Notice

It is illegal to place an order using:

  • A false name

  • A stolen or fraudulently obtained credit card

All fraudulent orders will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
